We then attended to a reported leaking pebblecrete pool in Mount Warren Park. We tested the multiport valve and dye tested the skimmer box. We pressure tested the suction and return/spa lines both held pressure. We then used a hydrophone microphone to test the skimmer, 3 x return jets, 4 x spa jets and a noticeable structural crack in the pebblecrete. We then entered the pool and dye tested the structural crack which was drawing dye . We applied an epoxy putty bead over the crack then re dye tested which was now secure. We then dye tested all other penetrations which appeared secure.We phoned our landlord client updating him before sending through images and videos of the works performed.
