We then attended to concealed water leak on acreage property in Alexandra Hills. We conducted a water meter test on the 4 acre property which revealed a water leak of around 1440 litres per day. It was a challenging property as the distance from the water meter to house was around 400metres . After introducing a combination of compressed air and tracer gas located the general vicinity of the leak to be half way up the drive towards the road. Our tradesman client was going to complete the excavation and call us to complete the repair.

Update – Today our licensed plumber returned to complete the repair. We then tested the repair then the line to find the line NOT secure.
We advised our client and now we will have to re attend and recommence the leak detection to locate the additional leak in the line.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
