We then returned to complete the concealed water leak detection in Thornlands. Our client had conducted some tree removal and excavation. We further excavated and reintroduced compressed air and tracer gas, drilled a number of pilot holes discretly in the stencilcrete concrete path before confirming the leak location. Using a quickcut concrete saw we removed a section of concrete before locating a failed 25mm poly pipe located directly below.

Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair and then the entire line to find the line NOT secure. We located and isolated another feed going across the driveway before checking all services inside the house to ensure they were functioning. We confirmed this line only feed a tap in the garage and an outside tap which feeds an irrigation system. We confirmed the water supply is now secure and will provide an additional quote to re run another line.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
