We then attended to a reported water leak at our elderly client’s home in Forest Lake. Our 87yr old client had a spike in her water bill, we attended and conducted a water meter test which indicated no movement over ten minutes. Our client was relieved. A recent filling of an outdoor spa contributed to her increased water bill. This inspection was completed at no cost to our client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
