We then attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Wishart, we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool checking the concrete coping tile. We then hydrophoned the skimmer box, return jets, spa jets, light and main drain including the hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the pool’s floor and walls looking for any cracks and or imperfections. We noted and tested the pump filtration system under load. Our client was onsite throughout and provided her with updates before completing a written report including the images and provided it to our client on the same day.
