This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection on a pebblecrete pool in Narangba, we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool checking the coping tiles . We pressure tested all the concealed plumbing. We entered the pool and inspected/dye tested all the penetrations namely the slimmer box, 4 returns jets, main drain and hydrostatic valve. Solar suction and solar return jets. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the walls and floor looking for any imperfections. We checked the pump filtration system under load noting a leak from the bottom of the multi port valve. We photographed and videoed our findings before phoning our client and then completing a written report to our client on the same day.
