This morning we attended to a CCTV inspection in The Gap. Our client was concerned about some wetness close to his house after getting in a structural engineer to conduct an assessment. We access the sewer and stormwater drains from all areas around the affected location. We located a slight tree root intrusion which we located and marked on the surface including determining the depth of the pipe. We walked through the inspection with our client before completing a report and giving him access to the CCTV files of the inspection.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
