This morning we attended to a reported water leak on acreage in Pullenvale. After obtaining background information from our client. We checked the water meter and a pressure test then conducted a series of tests which included compressed air and tracer gas before identifying the likely leak source near some sandstone steps close to the pool. We excavated down around one metre before locating a failed 25 mm poly pipe wedged in between two electrical conduits.

Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair then the line to find it secure.

We advised our client to contact his insurance company and we assisted him to seek a rebate from his water provider.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
