This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Everton Park, we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool checking the brick paver coping We then hydrophoned the skimmer box, return jet and main drain including the hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the pool’s floor and walls looking for any cracks and or imperfections. We noted and tested the multi port valve and inspected the pump filtration system under load. We phoned our interstate client on site and provided an update before completing a written report including the images and provided it to our client on the same day.
