We recently attended to a concealed water leak in Wellington Point, our client received a high consumption letter from his water provider. We attended and conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 4800 litres per day. A pressure test failed. After conducting some testing we located a failed 25 mm poly pipe adjacent to the driveway. Our licensed plumber completed the repair before testing the line to find the line now secure. We assisted our client to claim a rebate through their water provider after we encouraged our client to make a claim through their insurance company.
