Recently we attended to a concealed water leak in Jindalee, we had previously repaired a concealed leak back in October 2020. We returned and confirmed the original repair was still secure. After introducing a combination of compressed air and tracer gas we located a failed 16mm poly pipe encased in concrete. Our licensed plumber completed the repair before testing the line to find it now secure.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
