We then attended to a concealed water leak in Bray Park, a water meter test revealed a leak of 1152 litres per day, a pressure test failed. After tracing the line we introduced compressed air which took us to a leak site. We excavated to locate a failed 25mm poly pipe located close to the sewer easement , stormwater pipe and fox tel conduit. Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we tested the repair, then the line to find it secure. We backfilled with sand before reinstated the site. Our client was a pensioner and he was afforded a seniors discount. We assisted him to lodge a rebate of some of the water charges caused by a concealed leak via his son who engaged us.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
