This morning we attended to a concealed water leak detection in Alexandra Hills, one of our plumber colleagues asked us to assist in locating a concealed leak. We conducted a water meter test which indicated a loss of 288 litres per day. A pressure test failed. We traced the line and introduced compressed air before locating a likely leak source near the water meter we excavated to locate a failed 25mm poly pipe. We contacted our plumber who was going to attend to complete the repair. We encouraged our client to contact their house insurer which will cover the majority of our costs.
