This afternoon we attended to a reported leaking concrete-pebblecrete pool in Redland Bay. We first tested the multi -port valve on the sand filter and found that to be leaking. This meant when the pump was operating water was escaping down the waste pipe, effectively draining the pool. We supplied and installed an in line valve which resolved the issue. A quick and easy repair indeed.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
