We then attended to another swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Bracken Ridge we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool. We checked the pump filtration system then the multi port valve, before pressure testing both the suction and return concealed plumbing which was secure. We then tested the solar line which was not secure. We then hydrophoned the skimmer box, four return jets, 3 solar jets, light and main drain including hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the pools floor and walls looking for any cracks and or imperfections. We noted a small section of pebblecrete had lifted We phoned and appraised our client before completing a report including images provided on the same day.
