Today we attended to a reported house leak in Nudgee, we were requested to attend and assist to locate the concealed water for our clients plumber. We conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 2160 litres per day, a pressure test failed. After introducing a combination of compressed air and tracer we located the general vicinity of the leak to be under a tree at the front of the property closed to the water meter. We marked the position and contacted the plumber .

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
