We then attended to another swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Petrie, we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool. We then pressure tested all the concealed plumbing which included the suction and return lines which both held pressure. We then hydrophoned the skimmer box, return jet, additional penetration, light and main drain including hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the pools floor and walls looking for any cracks and or imperfections. We then inspected the pump filtration system whilst under load. We phoned our client after the inspection and provided a written report including images on the same day.
