This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Newport, we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool. We then pressure tested all the concealed plumbing which included the suction, return and solar provisions which all held pressure. We then hydrophoned the skimmer box, two jets, three solar jets, 2 lights and main drain including hydrostatic valve before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the pools floor and walls looking for any cracks and or imperfections. We then inspected the pump filtration system whilst under load. Our client was on site for the whole inspection and was appraised as we progressed through. We completed and provided a report including images by the close of business today.
