This morning we attended to a reported water leak at an investment property in Carindale, we first inspected the water meter, before conducting an inspection on all services in and outside the property , we then conducted a pressure test on both hot and cold lines. The water line is currently secure. Speaking to the tenant who advised that their toilet was leaking and was only just repaired which would have been the cause of increased water consumption. The tenant referred us to a stain on the ceiling on one of the bedrooms, we inspected and photographed same before entering the roof space above checking for damaged roof tiles and any signs of water. We completed a report and phoned our client with the results.
