This morning we attended to a swimming pool pre purchase inspection in Moggill, we first conducted a physical examination over the entire pool and noted some cracking imperfections in some of the tiles around the pool. We photographed the areas. We then hydrophoned the skimmer box, six return jets, lights and solar in and solar out jets. We used our Leaktrac 2400 to test the integrity of the fibreglass interior before entering the pool and dye testing all penetrations. We then conducted an in pool physical examination of the pools floor and walls looking for any cracks and or imperfections. Our client was on site for the whole inspection and was appraised as we progressed through. We completed a written report including the images and provided it to our client on the same day.
