This afternoon we returned to a concealed water leak in Upper Mt Gravatt, We initially attended on Wednesday to find a seized water meter which could not be shut off. Our client contacted their water provider who replaced the meter. Today we conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 1080 litres per day, a pressure test failed. After tracing the line we introduced compressed air and immediately located the leak. we excavated down to locate a failed copper/poly joiner. We phoned our referring plumber, sending him a video so he can attend and complete the repair.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
