This afternoon we attended to a house leak in Middle Park , a water meter test revealed a leak of 12342 litres per day. A pressure test failed, After tracing the line, we introduced a combination of compressed air, water and air and tracer gas before identifying the likely leak location under stencil concrete near the main entrance to the property. We discussed options going forward with our client who was going to engage another contractor to by pass the damage in lieu of excavating at that location.
