This morning we attended to a reported swimming pool leak in Bridgeman Downs. This is our 3rd visit to this pool as we had been previously in 2018 & 2019.

We first tested the multi-port valve on the sand filter before commencing pressure testing the concealed plumbing. We pressure tested the suction and return lines which held pressure. We dye tested the lights, then entered the pool and dye tested the return jets, skimmer boxes, re tested the lights. We noted 2 solar outlets had been plugged which we tested.

We dye tested the unplugged solar jet and found an internal split in the pipe. We plugged the jet and replaced the hydrostatic valve as a preventative going forward.We afforded a discount to our supportive client.
