This morning we attended to a reported swimming pool leak in Forestdale. We first tested the multi-port valve on the sand filter before we tested the 2 x lights in the pool. We then commenced pressure testing the concealed plumbing. We pressure tested the suction line which  held pressure. We then tested the return line which did not hold pressure. The sound of air bubbling away was heard clearly near the rock water fall. We were confident the return line was compromised close to that location. We discussed options going forward and left if for our clients to carefully complete the excavation which was hampered by heavy palm tree roots close by. Our client will call so our licensed plumber complete the repairs before testing the rest of the line to ensure its integrity.
