Yesterday we attended to a bathroom leak detection in Salisbury. We met up with our client and obtained background information which included a pest and build inspection revealed high moisture readings obtained in the shower. We then conducted a series of tests which include a water meter test, pressure test, shower breach test, 15 minute drain test, shower base dye flood test , simulated shower test and inspection behind the mixer cover plate. These tests revealed missing silicone behind the mixer cover plate. We siliconed around mixer. We then discussed our findings with our client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
