This morning we attended to a reported vinyl swimming pool leak in Daisy Hill. We used our Leaktrac 2400 and tested the integrity of the pools vinyl liner which immediately took us to an area under the ladder . We entered the pool and dye tested the area and noted 2 small tears in the vinyl floor under the ladder, both were drawing dye. We patched the area before re dye testing it to find it now secure.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
