Late this afternoon we attended to a concealed water leak at an apartment complex in Greenslopes. Our client has received a high water bill . We conducted a water meter test which a leak of 864 litres per day. Air was seen bubbling away on the clients side of the water meter. We removed a section of concrete and excavated to find 2 sections of 20mm copper to be damaged . Our licensed plumber installed a new feed from the meter to the pressure limiting valve. A water meter test confirmed the integrity of the repair and the whole line is secure .

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
