This afternoon we attended to a bathroom leak detection in Bulimba we conducted a water meter and pressure test, then shower breach test , then a 10 minute bath drain, vanity drain, floor drain and shower drain test. We then conducted a shower base flood dye test on both main and en-suite shower bases which identified dye being drawn in where the floor tile meets the wall tile. We dried the area and applied a bead of silicone as a temporary seal before discussing our findings with a client
