This afternoon we attended to an upstairs bathroom leak in Carindale . We met up with our client and obtained background information then conducted a series of tests which include a water meter test, pressure test, shower breach test, 15 minute drain test, inspection behind tap and shower head cover plates, then a shower base flood dye test. These tests revealed missing silicone behind the shower taps. Water was seen dripping through the ceiling vent below when we sprayed water over the taps. Our licensed plumber siliconed behind the taps We then discussed our findings with our client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
