Yesterday we attended to a reported pool leak in Reedy Creek, our elderly client having conducted a bucket test was confident his pool was loosing water. We tested the multi-port valve before pressure testing the return concelaed plumbing to find it NOT secure. We could hear the sound of air bubbling away under concrete near the edge of the pool close to a return jet. We liaised with our client who was on site before providing a quotation to complete the repair.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
