This afternoon we attended to a house leak in Nundah, a water meter test revealed a leak of 900 litres per day. A pressure test failed, After tracing the line, we introduced compressed air and immediately identified the likely leak location at near the outside tap at the front of house. This was the subject of a previous repair in 2017 by another contractor. Given the close proximity of other services including gas and nbn, we carefully removed the concrete to locate a failed 25 mm copper joiner. We further excavated so our licensed plumber to complete the repair. We then tested the repair and the entire line to find it now secure.
