Yesterday we were called to a residential address in Ipswich, our female client was concerned she had a concealed water leak, we first checked the water meter and observed no movement, we then isolated all the services being the toilets, dishwasher, washing machine and hws before conducting a pressure test to confirm the water line was secure. We then showed our client where her water meter was located and how to check herself for future reference. A small call out fee was charged which gave our client great peace of mind her water service is secure.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
