21 Aug House leak detection conducted in Cedar Vale

This morning we attended to a house leak in Cedar Vale. A water meter test revealed a leak of 360 litres per day. A pressure test failed. After tracing the line, we introduced compressed air and located the general vicinity of the leak to be under the concrete path, close to the wet lawn . The client and I could hear the sound of air bubbling away under the concrete path at that location. Our client was happy and did not require us to further hone in by introducing tracer gas and drilling pilot holes in the concrete.
