27 Aug Concealed water leak in Townhouse in Carina

This morning we attended to a reported water leak at a townhouse in Carina. A water meter test revealed a leak of 1728litres per day , a pressure test failed. We then introduced compressed air which took us to a loud sound of air coming up from the concrete in between the water meter and the house. We then introduced tracer gas which gave a gas indication at the same location. Our client was on site throughout the inspection. We complied a report and quoted for the repair. Our client was going to explore contact with their water provider as his water meter was only just replaced which may be related to the water leak
