This morning we attended to a house leak in Beenleigh, a water meter revealed a leak of 3927 litres per day. A pressure test failed . After tracing the line we introduced a combination of compressed air and tracer to locate the general vicinity of the leak to under concrete near the laundry door. With the owner consent we drilled a number of pilots and then felt air and obtained a high gas reading coming out of the pilot holes. Our client was briefed throughout the process. We then provided a quote to effect the repair.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
