This morning we attended to a house leak in Wellington Point, a water meter test revealed a leak of 3957 litres per day. A pressure test failed, After tracing the line, we introduced compressed air and immediately identified the likely leak location at the rear of the property. We excavated to find a failed 25 mm poly pipe. We further excavated so our licensed plumber to complete the repair. We then tested the repair and the entire line to find it now secure. We completed the water rebate application for Redlands City Council so our client could complete her claim for a rebate back for some of the water charges incurred by a concealed leak.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
