Swimming pool leak detection jobs at Norman Park and Brassall

Today we attended to two swimming pool jobs
The first was at Norman Park where we requested by our client to conduct some pressure testing of all the concealed plumbing prior to a major renovation. We pressure tested the suction , return, solar in and solar out lines. We then entered the pool and conducted dye testing of the main drain and solar inlets. All lines tested held pressure. Our client was on site through out we followed up with a written report of the tests performed.

The second was at a leaking above ground vinyl pool in Brassall. Our client advised the water had dropped below the skimmer and return jet which confirmed the leak was somewhere in the vinyl. We went straight to our Leaktrac 2400 which took us to a probable leak site on the bottom of the pool. We entered the pool and dye tested which confirmed the leak source. Given its location we applied an epoxy putty to the area. Then we re dye tested the area to find it now secure. The rest of the liner was secure leaving one only leak source in the pool.
