20 Jul Swimming pool leak detection and repair in Ransome
On Saturday we attended to a reported swimming pool leak in Ransome. We were referred to our client by a Solar pool company who had been engaged to install solar heating. We pressure tested the solar in which was secure. We then tested the solar out which failed. We identified a potential leak location immediately adjacent to the solar return jet.
This afternoon we returned to complete the repair, we removed a square section of concrete and excavated to find a broken and fully detached return 40mm pressure pipe. Our licensed plumber completed the repair. We then pressure tested the line to find it now secure.
