This morning we attended to a house leak in Beenleigh , a water meter test revealed a leak of 308 litres per day. A pressure test failed, after tracing the line and introducing compressed air we located the leak using our Sewerin Acoustic machine close to the water meter. We completed the repair, tested the line to find it now secure. We advised our client to contact her insurance company on our initial call which resulted in her being covered for the leak detection charge.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
