This morning we attended to a house leak in Alexandra Hills, we had been to the property back in Feb 2019 to a previous leak. Our client thought it was the same leak location. We conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 432 litres per day. A pressure test was conducted which failed to hold. We then introduced compressed air and located the general vicinity of the leak. We excavated to locate a failed 25 mm poly pipe with a pin hole leak. We confirmed it was a separate leak. We showed our client the location and then completed the repair . Then tested the line which included a pressure test and water meter test which now confirmed the line to be secure.
