Today we attended to a house leak in Cleveland , a water meter test revealed a leak of 5084 litres per day. A pressure test failed. We traced the line and using tracer gas located the general vicinity of the leak to be in the driveway in front of the garage, after drilling a number of pilot holes to further hone in on the leak location. We then cut the concrete to find another layer of concrete below. We jackhammered the area to find a failed 25 mm poly pipe. Our licensed plumber completed the repair before we re tested the entire line to find the line now secure. We backfilled the repair site with sand before leaving the clean up to our client as requested.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
