This morning we attended to a reported water leak in Marsden , a water meter test revealed a leak of 900 litres per day, a pressure test of the line failed. After tracing the line we introduced a combination of compressed air and tracer gas before obtaining a gas reading at the side of the house. We excavated to locate the water supply n and re introduced gas which indicated a high gas reading from the under the slab on the house. This house undertook major renovations within the last few years. We provided our client who was onsite with a video of the investigations undertaken, provided a report which outlined options going forward.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
