This morning we returned to a swimming pool repair in Chapel Hill, our elderly pensioner client called us as the return leak collector was not working as well as he liked. We had previously attended and located and repair a damaged return jet. The pool was secure and not loosing water. We checked integrity the return pipes with our cctv camera, re excavated and inspected our previous repair to find it secure. We then cleared the lines using compressed air before plugging one of the return jets to create enough pressure which pleased our client.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!

He told me exactly which questions I should ask.Sam arrived at the scheduled date/time and got to work right away.
