This morning we attended to a house leak on an acreage property in Chandler, a water meter test revealed a leak of 2400 litres per day. a pressure test on the line failed.

We then traced the line on this challenging 3 acre site then introduced a combination of compressed air and a full bottle of tracer gas before we found the leak in an unknown unused tap on the fence line of the neighbouring property.

The tap was connected to a garden hose and leaking out on the neighbours property.

We removed the failed tap, capped off the line before conducting a full pressure and water meter test which now confirmed the line to be secure.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
