This morning we attended to a reported house leak in Regents Park, we first inspected the water meter to note a a slight movement. We then inspected the services inside the house to note a leaking toilet. We isolated the toilet , re tested the water meter to find no movement. We then conducted a pressure test on the whole line to find it secure. We then inspected the outside taps and re applied thread tape which is another common leak source. We compiled a report discussed our findings with the our client who was present throughout. A minimum call out fee applied which was great outcome for our client.
