This morning we attended to a reported house leak in Mount Gravatt East. A water meter test revealed a leak of 664 litres per day. The water meter stopped moving when we turned off the water supply to the hot water service. We conducted further testing to find a failed cold water expansion valve. The hot water unit was replaced last year and this valve was not replaced . We supplied and installed a new valve , tested the line to find the water meter now secure. Our client inspected the water meter with us to confirm the issue is now resolved.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
