This afternoon we attended to a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in The Gap. We tested the 5 way valve on the sand filter before pressure testing the suction lines. We then hydrophoned and dye tested the skimmer box, return jets, light, solar in and out jets, main drain incl hydrostatic valve before conducting an in pool inspection of the concrete walls and floors looking for any imperfections. We compiled a report of the tests undertaken and contacted our client after the inspection.
