This morning we attended to a pre purchase swimming pool inspection in Flinders View. We attempted to test the 5 way valve on the sand filter but due to the current plumbing set up this was not possible.

We then pressure testing the suction and return concealed plumbing.

We then hydrophoned and dye tested the skimmer box, return jets, main drain incl hydrostatic valve before conducting an in pool inspection of the concrete walls and floors looking for any imperfections.

We compiled a report of the tests undertaken and contacted our client after the inspection.

We noted the pool pump was leaking , pool cleaner not working and the plumbing fittings around the sand filter requires rectification.
