This morning we attended to a reported water leak a townhouse in Runcorn. Our landlord client contacted us regarding an ongoing water leak.

We firstly conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 214 litres per day.

After conducting a series of tests we confirmed the source of the leak to a leaking toilet cistern.

After isolating the toilet we conducted a pressure test of the entire line to find it secure.

We contacted our interstate client and provided an update followed by a report recommending the toilet cistern be replaced.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
