This morning we attended a house leak in Carina, our client noted wetness in their front lawn. We conducted a water meter test which revealed a leak of 1080 litres per day, a pressure test failed . After tracing the line we introduced compressed air to locate a failed 25 mm poly pipe close to the water meter. We offered to complete the repair however our client has a local plumber who would attend and complete the repair. We encouraged our client to contact their house insurer and we followed up by sending information and links to make a claim for a rebate of the water charges by their water provider.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
